Hi, I’m KIT MUSTOW. Welcome to my own corner of UK crime fiction. I write London-based crime thrillers, blending gritty suspense with the everyday rhythms, secrets, and surprises of the capital. After years spent as a roaming teacher and translator, I’ve now settled in West London, which I try to take as the inspiration for my fiction.

When I’m not dreaming up trouble for my characters, you’ll probably find me exploring new places in the vast expanses of the capital, relaxing over a beer in a traditional London pub, or sifting through charity shops for hidden gems and inspiration. Away from the page, I’m also a keen—if somewhat rusty—amateur pianist.

I prefer life out of the spotlight, which is why I write under a pen name and haven’t included a photo. But don’t let that stop you from reaching out! I love to hear from readers, and nothing makes me happier than knowing people are swept up in the worlds I’ve created.
